Rifle/Pistol Cleaning Patch Jag (.40 Cal) by TCS Manufacturing

The TCS rifle/pistol patch jag is designed specifically for cleaning handgun and rifle barrels and is made with pride in the USA. These patch jags press the patch that has been treated with solvent or bore paste against the barrel and into the rifling to mechanically strip the carbon, plastic, and copper out of the bore. We used this patch with no solvent for demonstration purposes and pushed it through the barrel once, and the results show that these jags clean better than any other jag on the market. In addition to cleaning, our jags are also used for oiling the bore for storage as well as removing oil before firing. Our shotgun jags fit all standard rods with 8 x 32 threads. We recommend the TCS .22 cal - 7mm Cleaning Patches for use with our jags.

We also suggest the TCS Mfg – USP Bore Paste and Round TCS Patches for Shotguns. These patches are the perfect size for use with our jags, and other patches may cause problems with tight fit. Square patches should not be used with our jags.

Our 10mm - .40 cal Rifle/Pistol Cleaning Jag is made of aluminum and is suitable for most Centerfire 10mm - 40 Caliber, 10mm - 40SW, 400 Corbon, 41 Mag, and 41 Action Express firearms.

For best results, we recommend using the TCS Tactical Cleaning Solvent, TCS Bore Paste, and TCS Ultimate Firearms Lubricant with our cleaning jags. The TCS .30 cal - 45 cal Cleaning Patches, TCSP30-45, are also recommended for use with our products.
